Vinification

● VinificationAged in enamel and stainless steel tanks, this blend of reserve wines, made as a pure cuvée, reaches its full expression after 24 to 30 months of aging in the cellar. The shipping liqueur is composed of old wines and cane sugar and is aged in oak barrels.


Dosage : Demi-Sec 33 g/l.

Terroir : The vineyard is planted on clay-limestone soil and cultivated using sustainable viticulture methods.

  Tasting

This Champagne displays a bright, dense pale golden hue, with lemon-yellow reflections. Fine and lively bubbles sustain a persistent ring, indicating a rich yet fresh wine.

The first nose is intense and expressive, revealing notes of marzipan, candied lemon, pineapple, orange, and peach. As the Champagne aerates, it unfolds additional aromas of candied cherry, raspberry, poached pear, sweet almond, acacia honey, honeysuckle, warm apple, mirabelle plum, quince compote, verbena, vanilla, and light toasted accents.

The attack is soft and fresh, with a creamy, well-integrated effervescence. The Champagne reveals a velvety fruit texture, balanced by a zesty acidity of lemon and orange. The mid-palate is gourmet and enveloping, marked by succulent white and yellow candied fruits. The balance between citrus freshness and mentholated notes ensures a long, refined finish, allowing the fruit complexity to shine without overwhelming the palate. The result is a silky, savory, and elegantly indulgent Champagne.
