Champagne Red Ratafia is a liqueur wine with a uniquely rich, fruity, and tactile profile, perfect for casual tastings and surprisingly delightful when paired with inspired dishes.
We recommend serving at a temperature of 8 to 12°C in a tulip-shaped glass.
Production Method
End of Pressing for Rosé de Saignée We collect the final juice from pressed grapes for the assembly of Rosé de Saignée, adding our champagne marc (alcohol) to halt the alcoholic fermentation.
The blend is then aged in oak barrels for several years.
