Gâteau au champagne
Gâteau au champagne de Joëlle

Préparation pour 6 personnes.
Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 2 glasses of sugar
- 3 glasses of flour
- 1 glass of oil
- 1 glass of champagne
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
Preparation
- Separate the egg yolks from the whites; add the 2 glasses of sugar to the yolks and mix until the mixture whitens;
- then add the flour, baking powder, oil, and champagne, and mix well.
- Beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form and gently fold them into the batter.
- Bake for 1 hour at thermostat 6 (approximately 180°C / 350°F).
